1. What is Lifener? Lifener is an educational assistance program for learning foreign languages. The Lifener is implemented based on Leitner System that was introduced by a German scientific. The Leitner theory has achieved much success until now.
  2. How does the Lifener work? There are seven virtual boxes in the Lifener as shown in the following. Each box illustrates a level of your memory evolution. When you see a new word, you have to submit it in the Lifener. The word enters to the Current box. You can immediately take exam from words which are in the Current box. Each word move to the next box with your correct answer.

  3. When can I try next boxes’ words? Name of each box indicates the number of days which you should to wait for boxes’ words to be included in exams. For example, you try to do the exam of the Current box. Hence, some words move to the next box ( Two Days ). As a result, if you want to move those words to the next box ( Four Days ), you have to wait for four days.
  4. If my answer to a question is wrong, what does happen next? You must pay 100$ to us as a your penalty. I’m kidding, don’t worry. The only thing that happens is that the word is moved to the first (Current) box.
  5. Should I review the exam’s options when I am at middle of the exam? Absolutely not. You have to review the answer in your mind and then, search it through the options. If you cannot find the answer or you find it by watching the options, you must to select the last option ( I don’t Know).
  6. I want to reinstall my Windows, how can I get backup from my words? It is so simple. Please right-click in the first page of Lifener for showing app bar. In the left par of app bar you can see Backup and Restore buttons.

    • For saving your words please click on the Back button, and then select a file name and an appropriate path. At the end clicks on save button.
    • For restoring your words please click on the Restore button, and then select the file which is created in previous step. At the end clicks on save button.
  7. What is the Clue? You see a new word in a sentence of a film dialog or magazine or book paragraph. The sentence is a clue for you to remember the word.
